We are looking for a technical support enginner to provide enterprise-level assitance to our customers. You will diagnose andresolve software and hardware issues and help our customers install applications and programs


ACTIVITIES


* Support IT Platforms, Integration and Digital Services by applying best practices and solutions.

* Provide robust support fully aligned to strategic objectives and adopting Cloud Integration and Information Systems technologies. Support 7x24x365

* Operate with the various service providers: Capgemini ( Mulesoft and Service Now) , Yalo, Telnet, Pitcher , ACN, SAP, Greenmile, Hasar.

* Continuous support of the operation to the Digital Platforms through the adoption of proactive maintenance plans, updated version of SW, HW or applications.

*Resolve incidents with an extreme sense of urgency, working with the different internal or external support groups an agile and robust solutions.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


* 4-5 years of hands-on IT Experience in a technical/helpdesk role

* 4-5 years of hand-on Experience with at least one infrastructure technology ( for example UNIX or Windows)

* Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel ( Power Query highly desirable)

* Advance Level English

* Technical English is Required

* Highly motivated, driven and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment
