Description
Support the new integration of applications and new data configurations into Sail Point
Setup New Access rules.
Log Analysis for the Creation/Modification & Deletion of User accounts
Monitoring the Scheduled Jobs (Task Schedulers), documenting of issues, taking the corrective Action if there are failures
Performing the Reconciliation tasks manually
Configure user repositories and manage Directory Services
Performs second level of support for all IAM production issues, manager escalation and working with Product Support Engineers as needed
Provide system administration and maintenance support for Non-Production IAM environments (E.g. apply patches, data migrations, etc.)
Core Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience (is also open to 1-3 years of experience)
- Bilingual in both Spanish/English (expert level in both written & verbal)
- JavaScript
- Administration Knowledge of SailPoint is a must.
- Ability to analyze transaction logs and report discrepancies
- Ability to monitor scheduled jobs and take action when there are job failures
- Complete pending change tickets
- Solid Excel skills including vLookup and other advanced data analysis functions
