The role involves serving as a Senior Technical Systems Analyst to support the operation of an Appian platform in the AWS cloud. Responsibilities include supporting the deployment of Appian code, monitoring and controlling Appian environments in PRE and PRO environments, providing L1 support for Appian applications in PRO, supporting deployments of new Appian versions, and utilizing Appian development knowledge to implement hot fixes for incident resolution.
Support the deployment of Appian code.
Monitor and control the execution of Appian environments in PRE and PRO environments.
Provide L1 support for Appian applications in PRO.
Support the deployments of new Appian versions and other patches and plug-in updates.
Utilize Appian development knowledge to implement hot fixes to resolve incidents.
5 to 7 years of experience supporting Appian platforms.
Amazon AWS knowledge and experience.
