* Product installation
* Base product configuration
* Integration of authoritative sources
* Connector configuration
* Application integration and operation configuration Joiner, Move, Leaver, etc.
* Access Request Configuration
* Confioguration of certification campaigns
* Experience working with the SailPoint consulting and support team
* Operation support
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
*Experience of at least 2 years with the SailPoint IIQ tool at the configuration, adaptation and development level.
* Java and Java web development, REST, JSON, SOAP.
* Knowledge of Linux andWindows administration
* Knowledge in any of these solutions: CyberArk, OKTA, SailPoint, OIM, OAM, Key Cloak
*Protocol knowledge:LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAUTH and SCIM
COMPETENCIES , SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 2 Years of hands-on IT experience in a technical / Helpdesk role
* 2 Years of hand- on experience with at least one infrastructure technology ( for example UNIX or Windows)
* Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable)
* Advanced level of English
* Technical English is required
* Highly motivated, driven and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated enviroment
