IAM Quality Assurance Analyst
Develops test plans and test cases. Performs manual tests for software functionality, installation, and usability. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Manages bugs and error tracking. Documents and presents test results to management. Coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes.
Works with multiple development teams and software projects
Must Haves:
3 years of experience
Bilingual in both Spanish/English (written & verbal)
Manual testing experience
Strong experience with Excel (manipulating data, VLOOKUP's, data validation, navigating quickly around a spreadsheet, etc.) -
SharePoint, Word, and Outlook experience
QA data validation/comparison experience
Data analysis experience
Ability to provide detailed explanations on the "how" and "why" behind their testing
SailPoint testing experience
SQLexperience
