Our Customer Service Director plays a critical part in the overall business. The opportunity for growth through excellent performance is unlimited in this role.
The Director of Customer Engagement will lead a team that must understand the customer desires and expectations, analyze the existing service and influence colleagues and stakeholders to increase of level of customer service so the company can be memorable.
Bringing best in class customer service leadership experience, the new Director will be an ambitious, strategic leader, motivated by the opportunity to create world-class customer experience. They will bring motivating leadership skills and a track record of both designing and delivering new approaches to customer service. The new Director will also be a skilled builder of effective relationships with colleagues and partners. Individuals with a customer experience skillset; developed in the sector of High end Services will be particularly interesting. Above all, candidates will need to combine an open mind, a commitment to problem solution and a relentless determination to improve and streamline services for our customers.

Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources or MBA
• Advanced English Skills in writing, reading and communication indispensable
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Previous experience in renowned or international companies
• Lived or worked outside the country
• Vast experience in travels
• Experience in metric systems for costumers service centers
• Experience in training courses and development of programs for managers and directives
• Negotiation skills in all levels
• Teamwork oriented
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Analytical capabilities
