- Caring for our Energy customers
- Handling inbound calls from Energy customers (in the US)
- Giving professional and friendly customer service solutions
- Helping customers answer their questions or concerns with regards to their accounts
- Suggesting and ensuring upgrated services to our customers such as home security services or packages
Immediate hiring, no experience needed!
Requirements:
- Fluent english
- Basic computer skills (writing and internet)
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma
