Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst - SAP BW Specialist
3 month temporary project with possibilities of an extension

Job Description
Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with regional and global BI-BW teams.
Manage and prioritize the BI-BW demand requirements
Develop new requirements using SAP BW technology as well as supporting existing SAP BW applications.

Function Overview
Responsible for developments, improvements, maintenance support and local administration of BI-BW environments
Demand and capacity management, optimizing resources for the highest return on investment.
Conduct business meetings to understand BI needs, reporting and information analysis
Periodic reviews of status / progress with IT and Business teams.
Analysis of the current situation of systems, reports, cubes, queries, and business processes. In case of not having the optimal environment, correct these based on best practices.
Supervise and maintain communication with the SAP Security area for Security assignment and / or role assignment (Or request a new one).
Maintain timely communication of relevant information to Business and IT with issues related to BI-BW
Support and resolution of BI-BW incidents.
Direct collaboration with local, regional and global BI-BW teams.
Collaboration with regional and global support teams (Accenture) of BI-BW.
Create and manage the test scripts and documentation of unit and integration tests. Maintain informed the Business Analyst of the results of the tests and assign activity in case of system flaws or inconsistencies.
Documentation of analysis, information flows, technical and functional designs of BI processes
Create and manage the technical documentation of BI-BW developments.
Actively participate in the implementation and production migration.
Perform "Knowledge Transfer" to support team (Accenture) when applicable.
Manage demand for requirements and incidents through the ServiceNow tool.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in:
Ingeniería en Administración de Sistemas
Licenciado en Ciencias Computacionales
Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales

EXPERIENCE:
SAP BW 7.x, BEX Query, SAP Query development
SAP ECC and ABAP
WAD Designer, Visual Composer
Analysis Process Designer, Process Chain
SAP Business Objects 4.0
