Business Analyst for Digital Marketing

Requirements
?Education: Bachelor’s degree is a must. Master’s degree is a plus.
? Desirable degrees: Ing. Adm. de Sistemas; Lic. en Informática; Ing. en Sistemas
Computacionales (This position is for the IT department)
? Basic web configuration knowledge
? DNSs, Hosting, Domains, Web Certifications, Cloud Computing, Web Architecture, APIs, Web
Protocols, Firewall.
? Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in relevant and related fields
? Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
? Proven experience in Digital Marketing business process and application.
? Specially knowledge on Wordpress, web based applications, Google / Adobe Marketing tools,
CRM, Email Marketing, SEO and SEM tools, Analytics, etc.

Experience

? This role requires a strong emphasis in Digital Marketing and Web management from the IT perspective.
? Knowledge and experience in Web Analytics.
? Agile methodologies experience or knowledge.
? Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to
interpret business needs and translate them into operational and project requirements.

Responsibilities

?This position is accountable for the operation continuity and continuous improvement of sites, and applications based systems.
?This position is based in Mexico and supports the project execution and operation of Digital Marketing of Latin America Region - North (LARN).
?The candidates for this role need to have strong skills and knowledge in web configuration and operation such as email, DNS, web certificates, and server configuration and IIS and AWS administration; as well as a strong skills and knowledge in business process and project management.
? This role will ensure the satisfaction of the technical needs as a subject matter expert (SME) of Digital Marketing to translate business processes into technology roadmaps, projects, operational, and continuous improvement solutions in partnership with development and architecture teams, technical SMEs, and internal or external vendors.
