REPRESENTATIVE SALES (BILINGUAL)

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Coordinate marketing and product development of chemical, equipment and specialized manufacturing processes with customers and Yushiro Manufacturing American, Inc. sales personnel.
2. Coordinate the development of new or additional business foe the company’s sales force consistent with Yushiro Manufacturing America, Inc. annual operating plan.
3. Act as liaison between the two regional sales managers and Yushiro Japan.
4. Research, understand, communicate, and coordinate with our chemists and technical staff to ensure the YUMA has an appropriate understanding of OEM customer requirements and environmental regulations to customize Yushiro products for the American market.
5. Responsible to develop plans and manage the implementation of a program aimed at increasing non-OEM market share with both Japanese transplant companies and U.S. domestic customers.
6. Build solid business relationships with key American and Japanese personnel with Japanese transplant as well as domestic customers.
7. Assist Senior Sales Coordinator with training programs for current and new sales personnel within Yushiro Manufacturing America, Inc.
8. Conduct activities required to achieve sales department budget objectives.
9. Ensure all customer/sales lab requests are accurately and expeditiously communicated through laboratory request forms consistent with Yushiro Manufacturing America, Inc.’s ISO 9001 and ISO14001 procedures.
10. Plan and coordinate customer visits as requested by our 8 outside sales account managers.
11. Interpret critical technical sales meetings with English speaking and Japanese speaking customers and Yuma sales members at customer meetings.
12. Provide weekly sales activity reports in English and Japanese to the regional sales managers, account managers and senior sales coordinator.
13. Plan travel and expense reports in adherence to company policy upon approval of senior sales coordinator.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Business, Chemistry or related field, with 2 years’ experience in sales/service in the machine tools, automotive or precision manufacturing industry.
