We are looking for passionate and responsible people. Now we are expanding our team looking for full-time trilingual Customer Service Representatives in Mexico.
This is an excellent opportunity to join us!
You only need:
• High school diploma
• 18 years old or above
• English and/or proficiency: ability to read, write and speak English and/or fluently
• Proficiency with PC operation, data entry and MS office products
• Customer-orientated with a passion for people and resolving customer service issues
• Strong people skills, with a talent for communicating in an empathetic and engaging way
• Positive and adaptable to different tasks and environments
• Ability to type while in involved in a conversation
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Experience in customer service, sales, technical support and/or collections.
