Job Activities

• Provide information to the client on the status of their requirements and quotations
• Analyze the demand and identify the variations of this one with respect to the historical and forecasted requirements of the client.
• First link between the customer and the company for delivery negotiations (time, quantities and additional costs) arising from variations in demand, or supply problems.
• Apply and register customer satisfaction survey
• Reporting
• Interpretation, monitoring and management of the original equipment customer portals in their different applications (Chrysler)
• Logistic follow-up of the action plan for non-compliant product replacement reported by the customer provide historical information and demand forecasts to business unit managers as well as support negotiations with the customer
• Participate in launching new projects
• Actualization of the WBS & CRIS system
• Register work instruction in the WBS system

• Education; International Commerce Degree, Administration degree
