Post Description
We are currently searching for an experienced Web Data Analyst / Optimization Specialist to join our team. This candidate has to be professional, self thinking, responsible, organized and excellent working with teammates.
The Analyst will be involved in ongoing site performance reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving user experience and conversion rates via testing, optimization, and measurement through the different analytics tools in the web industry.
Profile:
Fluent English (mandatory)
Experienced Growth Hacker.
Deep knowledge of Analytics tools (Google, Facebook, VWO, Mouseflow)
Manage campaign set-up and landing page optimization as necessary – from planning and implementation, to partner interactions, creative development & testing, reporting & analysis, etc.
Conversion rate optimization. A/B tests driven optimization.
Analyzes and obsess over metrics, such as: conversion rate, user engagement, time-on-site, click through rate, ROI, etc.
Good at processing data in Excel and Pivot tables.

Main responsibilities:
Manages and optimize site experience, landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), ad creative, and lead-generating forms.
Develops hypotheses for and build, implement and manage an A/B or multivariate test platform.
Monitors industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised.
Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.

Desired Skills and Requirements (highly favorable)
Work experience: 1 year experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Applied Maths, Actuary, Engineering, Computer Science
Understanding and experience with Google Tag Manager.
Strong data analytics and problem solving skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
The capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment concurrently and collaborate in cross-functional teams
Great team player. Proven ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships.

General knowledge of web technology
General understanding of programming languages
Understandment of HTML and CSS
