Responsible for managing the product life cycle of all incidents generated by the service and all service requests, which require the use of knowledge management. In this role, you will also be responsible for informing clients of progress and advising on workarounds where necessary, as well as support and maintenance of end-use services.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent understanding of current Mac OS and Windows 10
Good knowledge of troubleshooting network connectivity issues on Windows/Mac clients.
Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy at a level to troubleshoot user-encountered issues
Good understanding of cloud technologies.
COMPETENCES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
4-5 Years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role
Hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (for example, UNIX or Windows)
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable)
Desirable advanced level of English. Compulsory technical English.
Highly motivated, driven and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment.
