MAQUILADORA AEROESPACIAL/ PLANT MANAGER

Bachelor’s Degree
? Minimum 10 years of increasing manufacturing and operations team management experience in
related manufacturing environment (Aerospace, and Defense operations preferred).
? Excellent understanding of metal manufacturing processes with a strong and diverse
manufacturing pedigree, with complex machining and fabrication.
? Ability to read, write, and otherwise communicate effectively and comprehensively in English
? Excellent understanding of manufacturing business finance, costs, P&L, cash
? Experienced practitioner of LEAN and Continuous improvement.
? Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2008 and/or AS 9100
? Strong determined Leadership skills, a change agent, and a winner.
? High levels of intellect and initiative, a problem solver and solution provider.
? Highly self-motivated, performance and results driven.
? Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, a team builder.
? Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience required
? Ability to learn, understand, and use company software programs effectively
? Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, workload and work independently with little supervision
? Ability to deal tactfully and interact positively with individuals in and out of the organization
