QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

Serialle Entrepreneurs is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Agent. As such, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and you will be working with the operations team to improve their performance and meet goals.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst your Job responsibilities will be:

- Review operational procedures and ensure quality goals are meet.
- Listen to recordings and live calls to ascertain the level of quality of the
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members on how to improve their KPI's
- Develop and adjust KPI's to better fit the company's goals
- Elaborate and log reports.
- Qualification Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working as a QA in a Call center or similar.
- The ability to integrate and work as a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
