Profile:
Positive, service-oriented attitude.
Conversational advanced English is a must.
Experience in call centers or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers.
Respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Escalate priority issues to management when needed.
Follow up on complex customer interactions.
Accurately record customer interaction details.
Build rapport with customers using a positive, professional approach.
Provide clear and effective solutions.
